By creating an account or using Uniqueness Engine (the "Service") you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable-Use Policy, and the Privacy Notice, which are incorporated by reference. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Features, availability, and pricing may change, and we may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
Anyone may request an account. Signup verifies your email and grants no live credit; a real enrichment uses a paid credit. You are responsible for your API key and all activity under it. Keep it secret; don't share, resell, or transfer it. You must use the Service only as permitted by the Acceptable-Use Policy.
Briefs are AI-assembled from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are the controller of how you use them — you must have a lawful basis for your outreach, independently verify facts before acting on them, and comply with all applicable laws. Briefs are not consumer reports and must not be used for FCRA-covered or other eligibility decisions.
Jordan Ellis is fictional static data and the only free product
experience. A real enrichment uses one paid credit. The one-time
Intro 10 grants ten credits for a $5 USD subtotal plus
applicable tax; permanent 20-, 50-, and 100-credit packs are also
available. Live pack names and totals come from
GET /api/billing/catalog. Refused, wrong-person, failed,
and no-result outcomes are not charged.
Purchased credits never expire. Existing subscriptions continue under their current terms: grants roll for two months and unspent subscription credits are forfeited on cancellation. Auto-recharge is optional, separately consented, and off by default; saving a payment method does not enable it.
Return credit is the self-service remedy for an unsatisfactory delivered brief and returns credit, not cash. Cash refunds are support-controlled exceptions for eligible unused purchases, duplicate or unauthorized charges, billing errors, material outages, or where applicable law requires one.
Pack and plan prices are USD tax-exclusive subtotals. Applicable tax is calculated by Stripe Tax at Checkout. Cash refunds remain support-controlled exceptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for your use of, or reliance on, any brief. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any violation of these Terms or the Acceptable-Use Policy, or to comply with law or prevent harm.
