Response expectations

Support is human-operated during business hours (US time zones). For programmatic issues, include the job_id or batch_id, the approximate request time, and whether the outcome was done, refused, or failed. Do not send private target contact details you obtained elsewhere; Uniqueness Engine only verifies public-source facts.
